Degree eligibility

Students applying to Graduate Programs at Pierce Law have the opportunity of selecting either an LL.M. degree, interdisciplinary Master degree or a Diploma certificate. Please read below for degree eligibility requirements.

LL.M. (Intellectual Property, Commerce and Technology, and International Criminal Law and Justice)

Applicants to the LL.M. program must hold a bachelor’s degree from an accredited college or university and a J. D. degree from a law school prior to matriculation in any Pierce Law LL.M. program.
International applicants must hold a baccalaureate law degree from a foreign law faculty prior to matriculation in any Pierce Law LL.M. program.

Interdisciplinary Master degree (Intellectual Property, Commerce and Technology, and International Criminal Law and Justice)

Applicants to the Master degree program must hold a baccalaureate degree prior to matriculation in any Pierce Law interdisciplinary Master degree program.

Diploma in (Intellectual Property or Commerce and Technology)

Applicants to the Diploma certificate should hold a baccalaureate degree but may be accepted for enrollment based on experience in the work place.
