The Pierce Law online Housing Marketplace, is an exclusive list of rentals made available to students who have been admitted to Pierce Law or who are current students at Pierce Law.
Rental listings are submitted to the Housing Coordinator by landlords and property owners/managers who frequently rent to our students. This information is compiled by us and generally not available to the public.
To ensure these listings are available only to students, the first time you use the service you will be required to create a user account and be approved by the Pierce Law Housing Coordinator. After your account is approved, you can login as a student/tenant and browse the listings.

For those of you with pets (especially dogs), we know that it is sometimes more difficult to find an apartment. Keep in mind that listings stating "NO PETS" are actually sometimes negotiable. It can't hurt to ask.
