Commerce & Technology
Pierce Law's program in Commerce and Technology prepares students for careers in new and emerging areas of business and law created by rapid technological change and globalization. The program focuses on a variety of increasingly important Information Age law areas such as cybercrime, internet regulation, identity theft, e-Commerce and Information Age civil liberties, as well as the interface between law and business.
Designed to meet the needs of working commerce and technology professionals, the program awards LLM and Master's degrees. Students include lawyers, business executives, patent and trademark practitioners, administrators and technology managers.
Upon graduation, students join a network of alumni practicing in top firms and government agencies spanning 81 countries.
